An email based reviews system for user submitted jobs posts for a niche job directory

OSINT Jobs needed a way to approve jobs posted on their website and automate the tedious work of going to multiple apps in order to approve a job.

Here is what their workflow looked like before we implemented a new system:

1. Receive notification from Stripe a payment happened

2. Go to Stripe and find the payment

3. Go to Webflow and try and find which job post the payment links to

4. Approve or decline the post

5. Write and send an email to the customer notifying them of the result

Here is how our improved workflow:

1. Receive an email with links to Stripe and Webflow for context (if needed)

2. Approve or decline the post

Rest of it is completely automated.
